CRS Completes Gwinnett County Fire Station 30 in Georgia

CRS is proud to announce the recent completion of the Gwinnett County Fire Station #30 in Loganville, Georgia.  This project consisted of a 12,806 SF Fire Station housing 3 fire trucks with a floorplan that included an apparatus bay, bunk rooms, kitchen, day room, dining area, fitness room, restrooms, community classroom, and office.  Also included in the scope of work was the completion of the site work of over 15 acres and the landscaping/irrigation.

 

 

 

 

October, 2009

CRS Awarded Cherokee County Fire Station 6 in Georgia

CRS was recently awarded  Fire Station #6 in Cherokee County, Georgia.  This project includes a 10,238 SF Fire Station with 3 garage bays.  The floorplan includes an apparatus bay, bunk rooms, kitchen, living area, dining area, restrooms, training room, exercise, and offices.  The contracted scope of work also includes site work and landscaping.  Construction is anticipated to begin this month.

 

September, 2009

CRS to Build Fire Station in Union City, Georgia

CRS has been awarded Union City Fire Station #3 in Union City, Georgia.  This project includes a 8,498 SF Fire Station with 2 garage bays.  This building has been designed to utilize solar power panels on the roof as a means to energy savings and efficiency.  The Union City Fire Station scope of work also includes site work and landscaping.  Construction is anticipated to begin in October 2009.

 

August, 2009

CRS Awarded Dawson County Fire Station 2 in Georgia

CRS was recently awarded Dawson County Fire Services and Satellite Law Enforcement and Tag Office in Dawsonville, Georgia.  This project includes a 14,300 Square Foot Fire Station housing 4 fire trucks with a floorplan that includes an apparatus bay, bunk rooms, kitchen, living area, dining area, restrooms, multi-purpose room, tag offices, and law enforcement offices.  This building is located on over 5 acres of land.  The scope of work in this contract also includes site work and landscaping.  Construction is anticipated to begin this month.

Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Loganville Fire Station 3

CRS Building Corporation recently completed Loganville Fire Station 3, designed by Carter Watkins Associates Architects.  This project included a 2 Story, 6,316 Square Foot Fire Station, Site Work, and Landscaping.  Loganville is located 35 miles east of Atlanta, Georgia.

CRS Breaks Ground on Gwinnett County Fire Station 30 in Georgia

CRS broke ground on the Gwinnett County Fire Station 30 on March 24, 2009.  Attendees at this event including County Commissioners, Fire Rescue Personnel, and other key Gwinnett County Employees.   CRS anticipates completion of this 12,806 SF Fire Station before the end of this year.

CRS to Build Fire Station in Loganville, Georgia

CRS has been awarded Loganville Fire Station #3 in Loganville, Georgia.  This project includes a 6,316 SF, 2 story Fire Station with 2 garage bays.  The Loganville Fire Station scope of work also includes site work and landscaping.  Construction is anticipated to begin in January 2009.

CRS Awarded Northwood Clubhouse in Wesley Chapel, Florida

CRS will be building the 1,996 SF Northwood Clubhouse in Wesley Chapel, Florida.  The contract includes the construction of this clubhouse containing a meeting room, kitchen, restrooms and office, as well as site work and selective demolition.  Northwood is an existing subdivision that has committed to adding a new community building to meet the demands of their residents.  CRS looks forward to a final product that both the residents of Northwood and CRS are very proud of.

CRS Will Build Two Hillsborough County Fire Stations in Florida

Seffner Mango Fire Station #18 is a 3 bay, 8,134 SF Fire Station located in Seffner, Florida. The scope of work includes construction of this Fire Station as well as site work, demolition, landscaping, fencing, and access controls.  Gibsonton Fire Station #12 combines both remodeling of selective portions of the existing building as well as an addition of 3,500 SF.  Also included at Gibsonton are demolition, site work and landscaping.  CRS is very excited to begin construction on these two Fire Stations after recently finishing two Fire Stations in Pasco County just this month.

CRS Contracted to Construct Riverside Park in Florida

CRS has been awarded the construction project of Riverside Park in Temple Terrace, Florida.  This 1.5 acre park will include walkways, retention pond and drainage, installation of utilities, lighting, fencing, landscaping, restroom facilities and amenities upon completion.  CRS anticipates beginning construction of this park in December 2008.

CRS’ Trevor Sas awarded LEED Accreditation to Build “Green”

CRS is proud to announce that Trevor Sas, Vice President, has obtained LEED accreditation by the U.S. Green Building Council.  The LEED Building Accreditation has been earned by approximately 43,000 professionals across the country since 2001.  Through being awarded the LEED Accreditation, CRS Building Corporation has demonstrated knowledge of green building practices and principals, as well as the LEED Rating System.  CRS is excited to work with clients on future LEED projects.

CRS completes LakeShore Ranch Project

CRS Building Corporation has recently completed the LakeShore Ranch project, an Evans Group  designed "signature project " .  The LakeShore Ranch project included a 12,051 square-foot clubhouse, including lap, resort and kids pools.  In addition, the project included a 1,322 square-foot manned gate house, 2 entry fountains, tennis and basketball courts, and a dog park.  LakeShore Ranch is located in Land O’ Lakes, Florida.

CRS joins Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association

CRS Building Corporation has recently joined the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association to continue its expansion into the Atlanta metro area.  This association has over 3,200 members, making it the second largest local homebuilding association in the country.  CRS hopes to gain valuable relationships with numerous members including subcontractors, vendors, home builders, and developers.

 

September, 2008

CRS awarded Tampa Palms Hardscape Renovations Contract

CRS Building Corporation was awarded the Tampa Palms Hardscape Renovation Contract as the low bidder, which includes the reconstruction of two main entrances, and forty-four village entries in Tampa, Florida.  The contracted work will include the demolition of existing walls, rebuilding brick walls and installation of LED lighting.  CRS Building Corporation will also coordinate the installation of granite signage.  The renovation is estimated to begin in September of 2008 and will be completed in eighteen months.

CRS obtains State of Georgia General Contractors License

CRS Building Corporation announced in July of 2008 that they will expand its services to now include metro Atlanta area.  In August of 2008, CRS President Craig Sas obtained the company's State of Georgia General Contractors license.  Plans are to open a second office in Atlanta prior to the end of 2008.  CRS Vice President Trevor Sas will act as the General Manger for this region.

CRS becomes a member of the Florida Gulf Coast Champter U.S. Green Building Council

Due to increased environmental awareness in construction, CRS Building Corporation has joined the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter U.S. Green Building Council.  The decision to join this council was from the high demand of CRS clients that have shown interest in participating in Green Building.  CRS Building Corporation looks forward to working on a number of projects in the future that include Green Building.

CRS to build Fire Stations in Pasco County

CRS Building Corporation has been awarded two fire stations in Pasco County by the Board of County Commissioners.  Fire Station 16 located in Zephyrhills includes the construction of a 7,123 SF three bay fire station, site work, landscaping, and fuel island.  Located in Lutz, Fire Station 23 includes the construction 4,904 SF two bay fire station, site work, and landscaping.  Both fire stations are anticipating completion in at the beginning of 2009.  See article published in St Petersburg Times by clicking link below…

CRS contracted to construct amenity at Meadow Pointe

CRS Building Corporation was recently contracted to construct the phase four amenity facility at Meadow Pointe in Wesley Chapel, Florida.  The contracted scope of work includes a 4,000 SF clubhouse, 4,490 SF swimming pool with brick paver deck and fencing, two tennis courts, two basketball courts, and two volleyball courts.  Construction is to begin in March of 2008 and CRS anticipates completion in September of 2008.
